Choosing a pokemon for Flan-chan was a bit tough. None of them really seemed to suit her... but I ended up with Torchic! |D

Her base stats would be
HP-175
Attack- 110
Defense-75
Sp. Attack:200
Sp. Defense-160
Speed-125
..... She would be really overpowered. Still good picture! I remember doing a Flandre Stantler once XD
